2005 Product Show

Congratulations to all of the winners of the 2005 MAMP product show and a Special  Congratulations to Scott Hurley from Grand Meadow Meat Market for Best of show and Gregg Endres From Greg's Meat Processing for winning the Sweepstakes Award.

What an awesome show. As most of you saw there was a beautiful display of product. It was an honor serving as Product Chair and being able to witness some of the comments of the judges. The judge of snack sticks said, " Man is this class getting tough!" the judge of the dried beef, "A nice rounded class, a little of everything that it should be from traditional and on".  For those who have served as product chair we all know the work involved and know that none of it would be possible without the supporting cast. I know tried to thank everyone at the awards and the banquet but can't stress it enough. Thank you to Melissa and Harvey Co-product chairs. You both did a great job and made me look good. I appreciate it and hope I can be there to help you in the future. Thank you to Lisa Christenson and all of those who helped out in the tally room, that is where all the tough work is done, behind the scenes. A special thanks to Jon Christenson last years product chair for all of the hard work aiding me this year. We have a great board of directors who are there to aide all of us. My hat off to all. Thanks again for giving me the privilege of serving as the 2005 Product Chair
