MAMP Works For You
MAMP (Minnesota Association of Meat Processors) is one of the largest and most active state meat processor organizations in the nation! With roots dating back to 1935, MAMP is designed to aid the Minnesota meat industry in new technology development, continuing education, and maintaining the viability of the meat industry. MAMP speaks on behalf of independent meat processors at the state level in the executive and legislative branches of government as well as regulatory agencies. MAMP works in conjunction with the American Association of Meat Processors on the national level.

State Fair Processed Meats Championship
Enter the Processed Meats State Championship held annually the day before the first day of the Minnesota State Fair! This year’s contest will be held on Wednesday August 26, 2026.
