Minnesota Association of Meat Processors Annual Convention

The MAMP Annual Convention is held every March at the River’s Edge Convention Center in St. Cloud, Minnesota. This fantastic gathering features pre-convention tours, educational sessions, exhibitors, an award ceremony, fellowship, and even a bean bag tournament. The annual meeting of the board of directors is held each year in connection with this state convention of meat processors.

MAMP is proud to have put on this convention every year since 1942!

Convention Registration

For room reservations, please use our official booking link to book your room in one of our room blocks by February 12, 2027.

  • Cancel 31 days or more before the convention = 50% Refund
  • Cancel less than 30 days before the convention = no refund.

Product Show Registration

Products must be pre-registered by March 4, 2027, for discounted rates! Individually entered products are $20/each or $200 for 10 or more products if you pre-register.

After March 4, 2027, all products will be $20/each to enter and must be entered by email and check, or registered on-site on Friday, March 19, 2027.

*Make sure you closely review all product show rules to avoid any disqualifications*

*Only one item per class*

*Place product on white display trays if possible.*

*A minimum of 5 categories must be entered to be eligible for the Sweepstakes Award.*

*Best of Show is awarded to the best overall Grand Champion.*

*Innovated Pork and Beef entries are not eligible for the Sweepstakes or Best of Show Awards.*
